The design challenge consisted of upgrading the Cashman Center by providing a Baseball Stadium flexible enough to accommodate World-Class soccer, a 24,000 seat arena to house both a NBA team and a NHL team, and to improve the Training facility to including a complete sports medicines facilities, offices, TV studios, and restaurants.
