Joe Rothman has 35 years of experience in architectural project management possessing a high level of hospitality programming and master planning ability combined with a quality control management style. He has effective communication and team building skills. He has served as Principal-in-Charge for many of the firm’s major hospitality projects exceeding the client’s expectations for design, budget and schedule. Joe has managed a wide variety of complex phased fast-track multi-use projects including office buildings, high-rise rental properties, hotel, retail, dining and luxury condominiums.
