Challenged with the client’s vision of “towers on a green hill”, and a program that called for significant public green space, yet constrained by a program calling for extremely high density, BWA looked to the traditional hillside terrace farming as design inspiration. This approach created a striking ultra-livable community of condominium apartments, schools, day care centers, and retail space suited to the emergent international city that is Ho Chi Minh City.
